Celer & Silva Backpack Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Celer & Silva Backpack Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Olive Knife Company LLC, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA, USA ("Olive Knives" or "Sponsor"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, you release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from any liability connected with the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

3. Giveaway period

The Giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 20, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period").

4. How to enter

Subscribe to the Olive Knives email list during the Giveaway Period by (a) using the sign-up form at oliveknives.com or (b) submitting the Olive Knives sign-up form in a Facebook or Instagram ad. Anyone already subscribed to the Olive Knives email list who is still subscribed at the end of the Giveaway Period is entered automatically. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Entries made with multiple or false email addresses, or by automated means, are void. Entrants who unsubscribe before the drawing are not eligible to win.

5. Prizes

Two (2) prizes will be awarded: one (1) Olive Knives Celer Backpack (approximate retail value US$119) and one (1) Olive Knives Silva Backpack (approximate retail value US$139). Total approximate retail value: US$258. Prize colour or specification may vary. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes ship once available, as both backpacks are currently on pre-order. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Drawing and odds

Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 21, 2026. The first winner selected receives the Celer Backpack and the second receives the Silva Backpack. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

Winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter, on or about November 21, 2026, and must reply within seven (7) days with a US shipping address. If a winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or a notification is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. Sponsor will ask each winner's permission before publishing their name.

8. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical problems undermine its integrity. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entrants will receive Olive Knives marketing emails and may unsubscribe at any time.

The feel and weight of this knife is beyond measure

The feel and weight of this knife is beyond measure. It's like looking at a hyper-car driving 200mph while sitting still. It feels powerful without welding beyond weighing its heft. I spent the first couple of hours owning it pulling and pushing it out of the sheath listing to the satisfying click. The next day I sent pictures to my friends for the sole purpose of collecting their envy.

My first impression

My first impression is incredible! It immediately became my favorite out of all 40 knives in my collection. The hollow pivot gives it such a high-tech look, and while it’s very thin, it feels wonderfully heavy in the hand—the 1.5mm tungsten blade has the same satisfying heft as a 3mm steel blade. Let's start using it!
