Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you bought directly from oliveknives.com and are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with the packing slip or order number.
- Email hello@oliveknives.com before sending a return so we can confirm the details.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
- Digital products (such as downloadable guides) and services that have already been performed cannot be returned.
- Items from our brand partners (such as Black Beard Fire Starters and NESTOUT) follow this same policy. Contact us first and we will coordinate the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
