Care Guide

Care for your Olive Knife — The steel used in our blade is specially selected for their superior edge qualities.

We ship our sheaths with thread lock on the screws. If adjustments are needed, apply a releasable thread-lock to the threads prior to tightening. Olive Knives should be hand washed only and are not warranted against damage caused by a dishwasher. Dishwashers operate at high temperatures with detergents that may contain abrasives or chemicals that can dull and damage your knife. Please hand wash knives with dish soap under warm water and dry.

Sharpening — Touch up the edge as needed before it becomes dull. Maintain the edge bevel angles for maximum sharpness. Never sharpen your Olive Knife on a power grinding wheel.

A fine cutting tool — Your new Olive Knife was designed to function as a cutting tool. Never attempt to use your Olive Knife as a screwdriver, pry-bar, chisel or punch. Never throw your Olive Knife. Use for any purpose other than normal cutting activities is considered abuse and is NOT covered by warranty.
