Let customers speak for us
from 99 reviewsNot for the ultra-light crowd. This is a stout blade that will take anything thrown at it and still be passed on to the next generation. I'm very impresse!
I think what I love most about the next is the feeling of durability you get when In hand. The heft of the knife along with the huge hardware and double coil spring lock along with the tall but slicey thin tungsten blade, just scream use me. The G10 scales are extremely comfortable and just love the scandi grind and double bevel on the Tungsten blade.
This id an Excellent knife. One of the best quality EDC fixed blsdes i have found.
I'm so stoked to finally get my hands on one it is a very slicey knife and a ergonomist's dream knife, thank you Olive knives.
I have the Lenta in Tungsten Carbide. Its an incredible folder. The way they do there bar lock is unique and it functions very well. I have alot of knives from lower end to high end customs. This one owns my pocket at the moment. Its meant to be a user so i use it. It feels like quality as soon as you get it in your hand.
I love my Venari. It hasn't left my front right pocket since I got it. I generally consider myself to be a folding knife guy with 100s of knives to prove it, but there is just something about carrying a sharp 3-inch Olive Elmax fixed blade that makes me smile.
One of the nicest knives I have bought very impressed with it
Beautiful and well thought out knife design and built like a tank! Very easy to"spidey"flip too..
As described, nice, strong, sharp, elegant I can say, became my every day companion. I assorted to a leader sheath with a fire starter rod and I love it
This knife will never see its full potential in my hands since I’m just the average edc carrying person. For me though, this little knife disappears in my pocket and slices through fruit and veggies for my toddler while out and about with ease! I had mostly carried fixies scout style until now. The sheath that comes with this knife seemed a little awkward at first when messing around with it outside of my pocket, it really is a great sheath once you actually clip it in place. The knife itself is amazing. The grind on the elmax blade is unique and functional! I will be a returning customer and can’t wait to see what olive comes up with in the future!
Just for some context: I have been carrying and collecting knives for over 40 years. I have tons of fixed blades folders all mid to high-end. I also am a complete sharpening geek. With that said, the Lenta has become the number one resident of my right front pocket. For me: it’s the perfect size. I love tungsten carbide and with a little use the lock/pivot become smooth as glass. The deep carry pocket clip works great. And the knife is thin yet wide so it’s very comfortable in my hand. If you take a look at the attached photo they have added a secondary bevel to the edge. My understanding was it used to be a Scandi edge. I certainly have no problem with that. However, I have to say the knife could have been sharper out of the box that was quickly remedied with a diamond emulsion strap. Beyond that? It’s perfect for me. Presentation was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to pick up another if I ever needed it. I hope this helps somebody.
Been carrying daily, absolutely marvellous!
Es ist ein außergewöhnliches Messer!
Liegt erstklassig in der Hang, ist sehr stabil und ist höllisch scharf!
From the unboxing of the knife/sheath, I could tell it was top notch product. Spending my career as a quality/manufacturing/procurement engineer, I traveled the world evaluating products, processes and materials. So I've seen the full spectrum of products, good to bad. This Arbor knife is made with some of the best materials and done right. It fits your hand, has features Iike the handle guard, rounded thumb position on blade that keep your fingers in the right spot. The blade grind allows the knife to cut and push away the slice. I've used the knife to cut, chop, scrape and it does all extremely well. The sheath rocks and you will find no better to secure your knife properly. I'm impressed enough I ordered a Lenta for every day carry. Thank you Andre and O' team.
Bottom line: If you need a fixed blade that laughs at heavy bone work, demanding field tasks, and long days in the bush, the Olive Arbor is it. Highly recommended—buy with confidence. This is one serious knife built to last.
